Colin Hall, Associate Director, Organizational Performance, Learning and Leadership Research Division of the Conference Board of Canada

Colin’s session will provide participants with a presentation and facilitated discussion that relates to leadership and its impact on organizational performance. Delegates will be introduced to the Leadership Performance Index—a framework that highlights the key drivers of organizational leadership through active participation.

Mila will be joined by David Palmer—U of T’s Vice President, Advancement—and will introduce the new U of T Advancement College. This case study presentation will provide an overview of the career and skill development program being put in place for Advancement professionals.

Holly will address identifying and managing talent in a competitive market. She will discuss recruitment strategies that will help you identify the right candidate for your organization, and help to engage and grow your top performers.
