Vision, Mission and Goals

Vision

CCAE-Ontario will be the leading volunteer organization operating in support of the mission of CCAE, with particular focus on the needs of Ontario members.

Mission

CCAE-Ontario will provide creative programming and services that meet regional needs, and will educate advancement professionals to be the best in the field.

Goals

1. Organize and present professional development programs for new and mid-level staff and volunteers that are cross-disciplinary, integrated and cost-effective.

2. Communicate and promote to its members the role, programs and services of CCAE and CCAE-Ontario.

3. Facilitate two-way communication between CCAE and CCAE-Ontario.

4. Encourage and recognize volunteer involvement, development and leadership.

5. Identify the needs of the membership on a regular basis.

6. Ensure that all membership sectors are represented in its activities.

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of its role, programs and services on an ongoing basis.
