Registration Policies
1Full conference registration includes: breakfast/lunch/refreshment breaks on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (includes Prix d'Excellence Luncheon), Saturday Opening Reception, Sunday Gala Dinner, Monday Social Night, access to all conference sessions
2Saturday Single Day conference registration includes: breakfast/lunch/refreshment breaks, Opening Reception, and access to all conference sessions on Saturday only.
3Sunday and Monday One Day conference registration includes: breakfast/lunch/refreshment breaks and access to all conference sessions on the single day attended only. Does not include evening social events - tickets for evening social events must be purchased separately.
4One ticket to each of the special events is included in a full registration; this section is to purchase additional tickets for guests or for one day registrations.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee prior to May 4; cancellations after May 4 are not eligible for refund. However, substitute delegates are permitted at no charge. All cancellations/changes must be received in writing to admin@ccaecanada.org.
