Registration Policies 

1Full conference registration includes: breakfast/lunch/refreshment breaks on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (includes Prix D'Excellence Luncheon), Saturday Opening Reception, Sunday BC Royal Museum Evening, Monday Gala Dinner and Dance, access to all conference sessions. 

2One Day conference registration includes: breakfast/lunch/refreshment breaks and access to all conference sessions on the single day attended only. Does not include evening social events - tickets for evening social events must be purchased separately. 

3One ticket to each of the following events is included in a full registration: Saturday Opening Reception, Sunday Royal BC Museum Evening, Monday Gala Dinner and Dance, Monday Prix D'Excellence Luncheon. This pricing is for the purchase of additional tickets for guests or for one day registrants.

4Golf ticket per player includes green fee, transportation to and from the course, power cart with GPS, complimentary tees and access to driving range, club valet & club cleaning services, bottled water, 20% of purchases in the Golf Shop, and a $10 food voucher. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

A $50 cancellation fee prior to May 15; cancellations after May 15 are not eligible for refund. However, substitute delegates are permitted at no charge. All cancellations/changes must be received in writing to admin@ccaecanada.org.
