Natalie Cook Zywicki has been an advancement professional since 1991, when she started as Senior Liaison Officer at her alma mater, Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. She served six years as Manager of External Relations at the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, before moving west in 2004 to become Director of Development for the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. In 2007 Natalie became Associate Director, Annual & Alumni Giving at UBC. In July 2009, she was appointed as Director of University Partnerships in UBC Alumni Affairs, joining the Development and Alumni portfolios to forge a constituency-based alumni relations program.

Natalie, who holds a B.A. from Brock and an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, has presented at four CCAE national conferences. She has served on the CCAE-Pacific Board since 2004, and in 2009 became President of CCAE-Pacific, now a Regional Chapter of CCAE. The Pacific Region encompasses BC, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
