Qualifications

Must possess a university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Be a skilled project manager who can handle multiple priorities concurrently and accurately and work within strict timelines. Must have experience with web content management and publishing, including knowledge of HTML and basic web technology. Knowledge and extensive use of web tools and broadcast email clients (Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Infacta's Group Mail and Group Metrics) preferred. Working knowledge or experience with Blackbaud Net Community, the Raiser's Edge system, content management systems such as Drupal, new media and social networking. Must possess a solid understanding of web/hierarchical directory structure and web accessibility concerns. Possess exceptional communication skills with both internal and external audiences. Be an enthusiastic and creative professional with demonstrated planning, teamwork and organizational skills. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data in order to recommend future course of action. Keen problem solver with a friendly, professional, customer service oriented personality. Must have initiative, enthusiasm and be an independent thinker who thrives in a cooperative team environment. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required. Experience working with university alumni is ideal.
